On Day 4, your adventure continues with a guided Radio City Stage Door Tour. Itinerary

Day 1

Check into the hotel at any time after 3 p.m.
3-6 p.m.: Visit the welcome table in the hotel lobby.
7 p.m.: Welcome reception at the hotel.

Day 2 (Thanksgiving)

A day at your leisure. We suggest walking just outside the hotel to enjoy the 91st annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in the morning (no tickets required). Check the official event website close to the event date to determine the parade route and event times.
4:30-8:30 p.m.: Thanksgiving dinner at Planet Hollywood and Radio City Christmas Spectacular at Radio City Music Hall; includes dinner with 1-hour open bar and 1 per-person admission ticket to the Radio City Christmas Spectacular (orchestra seating, rows AA and BB).
• 4:30 p.m.: Walk from the hotel to Planet Hollywood, approximately 0.5 miles (1 kilometer).
• Enjoy a delectable, traditional Thanksgiving meal. See Additional Information for sample dinner menu and drink options.
• 5-6 p.m.: 1-hour open bar* at Planet Hollywood.
• 6 p.m.: Take a leisurely walk to Radio City Music Hall.
• 6:30-7 p.m.: Be escorted to your seat for the start of the Radio City Christmas Spectacular at 7 p.m.

Radio City Music Hall information and restrictions for tours and shows:
• Disposable, 35 mm and digital cameras (without zoom or telephoto lenses) are allowed in the venue but are not permitted for use during the Christmas Spectacular performance.
• Audio and video recorders, along with cameras with telephoto, zoom or detachable lenses, are not permitted in the venue.
• Firearms and other weapons are not permitted in the venue. No check-in facilities are provided for such items.
• Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes, is not permitted. There are no in-and-out privileges at the venue.
• Read the full list of policies and restrictions for visiting Radio City Music Hall, including accessibility, prohibited items and photography.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy*: If you cancel 91 days or more before your trip, you’ll get a refund less a fee of US$50. If you cancel between 46 and 90 days before your trip, you’ll get a refund less a fee of US$100. If you cancel within 45 days of your trip, your trip will not be refunded. All fees are on a per-person basis.

*This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations in applicable jurisdictions in which our travel supplier is based. Therefore, in the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in supplier booking terms, the provisions of the booking terms will prevail.

Name Change Policy: If you change any name(s) on your booking 45 days or more before the start date of your trip, there will be no fee for the name change(s). If you change any name(s) on your booking 44 to 31 days before the start date of your trip, you’ll be charged a fee of US$50 per name change. Name changes are not permitted within 30 days of the start date of your trip.

Members can’t combine DreamTrips Points. Your membership level determines the maximum amount of DreamTrips Points you can use. If you have more than 50 Rovia Bucks, you can apply them in the checkout process.
